We had a 24-yr old roof mounted 4-ton HVAC heat pump package unit on our commercial building that was nearly inoperative and needed replacement. After consulting with 3 different companies who would be familiar with this type operation (including crane lift), we decided on PAGS Heating & Air, both for the professionalism and for their creativity in a high value package for a very competitive price. It was clear that they value business relationships and are in it for the long term with their customers. They also were very communicative and responsive throughout the process and ultimately our new unit was installed, fully meeting our every expectation. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend them to others - would give them 6 stars if that was an option. In fact, we plan to also enlist PAGS for our personal home HVAC needs as well.

We recently decided to start a maintenance plan. Like any mechanical items, they always preform best when they are maintained. We always changed our filters, but never had any type of plan to maintain our systems. But no one likes to get stuck without air so we decided it was time. Juan came out and was very thorough. Took the time it needed to check over everything and ensure we are in good shape. I am a customer with Pags Heating & Cooling and have been for several years. They replaced 2 HVAC systems in my home and since then I've been on their maintenance plan. I have three systems representing a significant investment, so it makes sense to me to keep them in peak running condition and that is what Pags does. I recently had a capacitor go bad due to a surge or lightning strike and they replaced it the next day. I recommend them without hesitation.

If you are looking for a locally owned heating and air service, look no further. I mean, what a GREAT company! Professional, prompt, trustworthy and friendly. I had two different technicians come out (Daniel and Alistair). I was impressed with their knowledge of my system and really appreciated the way Daniel explained what was wrong with my A/C unit. Pags is a lifesaver! My AC went out during a 90+ heat wave while I was in the hospital having major surgery. Although I was not at home my roommate and dogs were still at home. Temperatures inside rose to over 95 degrees both up and downstairs. I was so worried. I frantically called multiple companies begging someone to come out to fix my AC and was told it would be days before anyone could come out. I finally turned to PAGS and was greeted by Haley who I explained the situation to. Haley was so kind and empathetic and was able to rush a tech out to repair my AC immediately. Juan the technician had my air up and running in no time. Haley went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She even called multiple times to check on me after my surgery. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I feel that Haley and Pags truly care about their customers and for that reason I will forever be a customer. When my HVAC failed at night, I never thought I could get someone to come check it that same evening - or replace the entire unit the very next day. PAGS did it and they responded rapidly, around the clock, to every single request I sent.
